Day 1: Tangier to Chefchaoune

On the first day of your 7 Days Tour From Tangier To Meknes, we will pick you up from the airport or the port of Tangier and departure to Chefchaouen, a town founded as a secret mysterious place from which to attack the Portuguese installed on the north coast. Was totally banned from entering the village to Europeans until the arrival of the Spanish troops in 1920. Arrival in Chefchaouen at afternoon to have a first contact with the city. Day 2: Full day in Chefchaouen

Day 3: Chefchaouen to Fes

We continue our journey to Fes , Imperial City, which dates back to the eighth century. It is also one of the first holy cities of Muslim worship in Morocco and also has the pride of hosting one of the oldest universities in the world. Afternoon free to relax and have a first contact with the city that will transport you to the past.

Day 4: Full day in Fes

After breakfast on the fourth day of your 7 Days Tour From Tangier To Meknes, we go on a guided tour with our local guide in the most important places of Fes visit. By entering into the streets of the medina (old city) feel that the time recedes : the guild structure is still present in the work , its narrow streets allows no other transportation than donkeys and a constant swarm of people move the labyrinthine alleys through which we were surprised neighborhoods such as Andalusians and magnificent mosques and Koranic schools. Day 5: Fes to Meknes

After breakfast, we head west to get to Volubilis , the ancient Roman city and most important archaeological site in Morocco. Free time to visit the area Volubilis . Ability to take a tour with a local guide to learn more about these important ruins. After enjoying the impressive Roman remains we approach Mulay Idris , one of the most important pilgrimage centers of Morocco. It is a small town where you can meet the most interesting of the medina in less than an hour. The third stop will Meknes, the “humble” the Four Imperial Cities of Morocco. In Meknes you will have free time to eat and visit the most important places of the city, step into its souk or enjoy a coffee in the square. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Meknes to Asilah

After breakfast, we will depart to Asilah through Rabat. Visit the capital city of Morocco where we will visit the Royal Palace , the mausoleum of Mohammed V , Hassan Tower , the Kasbah Oudaya. In the afternoon we continue to the town of Asilah, where you can relax and stroll around a beautiful white medina.

Day 7: Transfer to the Airport

After a long journey, finally, we arrived to Merzouga. There we expect the guys who guides us through the desert .

Around 17:00h we started the route with camels through the desert, where we could enjoy a fantastic sunset. After an hour and a half, we arrived at the camp. It was dark , we leave our things into the "haimas" and then...to dinner! It was delicious, but the best was the animation after the dinner. The guides gave us a concert and later we were taught to play the drums.
Finally, we enjoy the most magical moment of the day, we observed the spectacular sky filled with countless stars.
In short , it was an unforgettable experience with fantastic guides.
I'm going to repeat the experience, for sure!!!

I arrived in Merzouga in the afternoon to begin the tour through the Sahara with my sister. From the start, the staff were all very welcoming and kind. The Berber camel guides took us through an amazing landscape of the Sahara desert to where our campsite was located. We had some down time to take in the beautiful scenery, golden sands that stretched out for miles upon miles. We sat on top of the sand dunes as the staff prepared a wonderful dinner consisting of vegetable and chicken tagine-a traditional Moroccan dish. After dinner, our Berber hosts invited us to sit around the fire while they drummed traditional Moroccan music under the stars. This was one of my favorite parts of the experience because everyone joined in laughing and dancing amongst the beautiful music.
